Rooftop Garden??

Where but San Francisco would you see a bus stop that has its own garden rooftop? Is it an extreme move to go green? Is it some crazy person’s prank done in the middle of the night? One thing for sure almost no passer-by cares!! It takes a lot more than this to attract any attention in San Francisco. I wonder when and how they water this garden.
